Happy Sunday, Hummingbird Families!

We can hardly believe we are already at the doorstep of Spring Break! This year is truly flying by, but we are making every moment count.

🍿 Last week was such a treat! We got to celebrate all our hard-working students who met their "Typical" or "Stretch" growth goals on their recent i-Ready assessments. Some students received two certificates, one for reading and one for math. Seeing their proud faces while enjoying some popcorn was definitely the highlight of our week. 🌟 Spirit Week & Neon Dance

To lead us into break, we are having Spirit Week! It’s going to be a fun week of dressing up and showing our school pride.

The big event is our Neon Dance this Wednesday from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM. We can’t wait to see everyone glowing on the dance floor!

📸 Yearbook & 5th Grade Memoirs

Time is running out to secure your memories:

5th Grade Memoirs: This is the last call! The deadline to purchase a memoir for the yearbook is this Friday, March 20th.
Yearbooks: We have already sold over half of our inventory! We are only ordering a limited quantity this year, so please pre-order yours online or in person soon so you don’t miss out.

Come to the office to submit your request and payment.

☕ Cafecito with the Principals

We want to hear from you! We are hosting our very first Parent & Principal Cafecito this Friday morning from 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM. Please come by our Family Resource Room, grab a cup of coffee, and share your experiences with us. We want to know how we can better collaborate to support your children. We hope to see you there!

🗓️ Spring Break

A quick reminder that Spring Break is next week! Our campus will be closed, and we will welcome everyone back on Monday, March 30th. We hope you all have a safe, restful, and fun-filled week off.

LOST AND FOUND

Our Lost and Found collection is growing quickly! Please take a moment to look at the attached image to see if any of these items belong to your student. We encourage you to stop by the school to claim any missing belongings by this Friday. Any items left behind after that time will be donated to a local charity.

Make sure to sign up!!

Fieldtrip season

We are approaching our fieldtrip season for a lot of our grade levels. Parents, if your child's teacher needs a chaperone, please communicate with them if you are available and interested. Anyone going on a fieldtrip with their child MUST register through Raptor at least one week before the fieldtrip. You need to complete the application on our district website and submit a valid TB test result within the last 3 years. If you need any support, feel free to contact our office for additional information.

Hummingbird Highlights of the Week

i-Ready Growth Celebrations

This past week, we celebrated all the students who reached their typical & stretch growths in i-Ready. We look forward to our end of the year celebration for all our students who reach their stretch growth this school year.
